The Artist

Hello Friend,

I’m Zhen AKA  舞（まい）

An Art student that major in multimedia diploma at The One Academy. I'm just like any other kid outside of the world. Just that, the thing that makes me different is, I have a mindset of wanting to Be DIFFERENT and Be THE ONLY ONE.  

I'm an Asian but I don't always score A on my test. Since young, study wasn't my thing. My parents are very understanding people, they don’t force me to study and achieve good grade for them. Because Grade doesn't determined who you are. Attitude of a person does. So my grades were average. 

During My high school I joined several club and board. I was an active student. Basketball club, Table Tennis club, Photography club, Maths and Science club, Chess club, Interact club, Editorial Board, Prefectorial Board. These are the clubs and boards I was in during my high school times. 

Being Creative was my strongest skill. Giving out Ideas, Brainstorming together,  anything relate to arts I just love to join in. Art is a way to express emotions and telling people your identity trough it. 

Any art that you created, either you got inspired by people or ideas you came out by yourself, they are all Arts that are part of you. 

Have you ever done something you are so passion about? Have you ever try doing things that you like till you forget to eat? Have you felt that times passes so fast when you doing things that you love?

The answers for the questions above for me are all "YES"

After I finish my Major I still want to continue my study for Illustration. I know I'm greedy but my hunger for learning of arts are much more bigger than that. 

Do what you want and what you good at… You only live once so why give up?
